Machine Description
This machine is suitable for cutting door, window and curtain wall profiles. Equipped with a 550mm diameter saw blade, it can cut extra‑large section profiles and achieve precise 45° cuts.
Featuring simple operation, reliable performance, advanced technology and easy maintenance, the machine uses a diamond saw blade for fast cutting speed, high productivity and high machining accuracy.
The two saw heads can work independently or simultaneously. When working together, they can cut the required length and the angles at both ends of the profile in one pass.
A high‑precision spindle motor specially designed for the machine ensures stable rotation of the saw blade.The pneumatic‑hydraulic damping horizontal feeding system provides stable cutting. The absolute value servo control system ensures high positioning accuracy and fast operation.
