The multi-segment roller conveying system is specially optimized for the 1600-model wide-format cleaning machine. The 7 rubber rollers in the feeding section achieve stable and centered feeding for large-width workpieces, effectively preventing deflection and surface scratches during the feeding process. The discharging section is equipped with 20 rubber rollers, a configuration that greatly enhances the conveying stability of long and wide workpieces. It avoids collision and deformation during the discharging process, making it especially suitable for continuous output of large-size plates and profiles.
With a rubber roller diameter of 46 mm and a center distance of 100 mm, the compact roller layout ensures more even stress distribution on the workpiece surface. Compared with conventional models with a larger center distance, this design effectively prevents warping and bending of thin-walled profiles and sheets during transportation, adapting to the precision conveying requirements of various decorative and industrial metal materials.
