Equipment Performance
This machine is mainly used for tenon milling of center pillar materials for casement windows, and can also be used for tenon milling of upper and lower rails of sliding doors and seamless joint materials.
One machining head can flip 0° and 90° for processing. The feed system adopts linear rail + motor drive, ensuring stable saw blade cutting and better cutting results.
The machine bed uses linear guide rail pairs, and the head feeding movement adopts rectangular guide rail pairs + spindle motor, ensuring high motion accuracy and reliable cutting precision.
Customizable as a universal door and window model; 95% of profiles do not require custom backing dies, offering stronger versatility, easier operation, and higher efficiency.
Full CNC programming allows editing and saving of up to 100 profile programs, making operation quick and convenient.
