The 3KW high-power motor provides strong and stable power output, matching the 2840r/min spindle speed to realize fast and smooth end-face milling of aluminum door and window profiles, even for thick-walled or large-section profiles, it can still ensure a burr-free and flat end face, greatly improving processing efficiency and quality. The 0.5–0.8MPa working air pressure drives the pneumatic table feed, which realizes uniform and stable feeding speed, avoids manual feeding errors, and ensures the perpendicularity and parallelism of the milled end face, perfectly meeting the assembly requirements of aluminum door and window profiles.
With a machine weight of approx. 120kg, the equipment has excellent stability during high-speed operation, reducing vibration caused by spindle rotation and motor operation, further ensuring processing precision. The optional 380/220V 50Hz working voltage allows flexible adaptation to different power supply environments, whether in industrial workshops (380V) or small processing sites (220V), it can operate stably without power supply limitations.
