Clean equipment surfaces and critical components: After each shift, remove aluminum shavings, oil stains, and dust from the machine, paying particular attention to moving parts such as rollers, guide rails, and clamps to prevent scratches or wear caused by foreign objects.
Check and replenish lubrication: Check all lubrication points (such as bearings, gears, lead screws, etc.) daily to ensure sufficient lubrication and no leaks; it is recommended to use industrial lubricants suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
Tighten loose parts: Regularly check and tighten bolts, nuts, and other connecting parts to prevent loosening due to vibration, which could affect machining accuracy or cause safety hazards.
Observe the hydraulic system status: Check the hydraulic oil level and quality for clarity and for any leaks; listen for any abnormal sounds from the pump station.
Verify the electrical and control systems: Confirm that the emergency stop button, limit switches, sensors, and other safety devices are sensitive and effective; check the control panel for any alarm prompts.
Check the condition of rollers and molds: Check the roller surface for wear, deformation, or cracks; grind or replace if necessary to avoid damaging the profile surface.
No-load test run: Before starting work each day, conduct a no-load run, listen for any abnormal noises or vibrations, and confirm that the movement of each axis is smooth.
